Native plants offer much to celebrate— flushes of seasonal color and texture, pollinator and wildlife benefits, and the comfort of watching a beloved plant returning year after year. Although native Perennials immediately come to mind, native Annuals and Biennials offer many of the same qualities of beauty, benefit, and timeless appeal, all while providing some unique advantages of their own. Join experienced horticulturalist Scott Woodbury for a Master Class webinar examining these lesser-known growth categories of the native plant world, their habitats in the wild, and their uses in the home garden.

Godfrey Native Plant Sale – The Nature Institute

Grow Native Vendors: Green Thumb Nursery, River City Natives, Sam’s Native Nursery, and The Nature Institute. Shoppers can stroll through the sale and purchase plants from each vendor; each vendor must be paid separately. “Early birds” will be asked to wait until the advertised start time to begin browsing product selections and making purchases. Shoppers can also pre-order plants and have their orders ready for pick up at the event. When placing your pre-orders, please include your phone number and note that the order is for The Nature Institute sale on September 12.
